About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a certified addiction counselor, and a DSW candidate with over ten years of experience working with individuals, groups, and families. I have presented on various topics related to emotional well-being at treatment centers and national conferences. Additionally, I serve as a supervisor and addiction program director. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing for trauma healing, as well as in Psychodrama, and I am highly trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I utilize these models to help people overcome emotional and behavioral challenges. I also work to improve parent-child relationships and assist individuals struggling with addiction or compulsive behaviors. I adopt a client-centered, strength-based approach with an attachment focus, believing that treatment is unique to each individual, so I customize my knowledge and skills to fit the needs of the person and the situation.
